Guidelines for Poster Presentation

The poster sessions will be conducted from the 5th December morning through the 6th December afternoon.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

a. Preparation of Posters

Posters to be presented should be prepared in an “A0 portrait” (width = 841 mm x height= 1189 mm) format with 25 mm margins around.

Authors can choose their design for the poster.

Participants should prepare and bring along a hard copy of own poster for presentation to Dong Guan. The conference committee will NOT be responsible for printing the poster.

b. Setting Up of Posters

Posters can be set up from 4th December at 11:30 am onwards in Academic Conference Center, Dongguan University of Technology.

All the necessary stationery will be provided for setting up the poster at the venue.

All posters should be dismantled by 11:30 am on 7th December. The organizer has no responsibility for any damage or disposal of the posters that left after the dismantling deadline.

c. Poster Presentation and Viewing Sessions

Special Poster viewing sessions are dedicated as follows:

o 5th Dec: 13:15-14:00, 17:45-19:00

o 6th Dec: 08:00-09:00

A panel of judges will review the posters followed by a Q &A session for poster presenters.

Participants are invited to view posters and exchange views and ideas with the authors who are suggested to be available in front of their posters during the judging and poster viewing sessions.
